I live in the capital city, Topeka! I have 2 wonderful pets: Emmy (Emmeline, EM, Emmy Lou), age 1.5 and came from MId-America Boston Terrier Rescue (MABTR) and my new puppy, Dottie (born 9/22/24). I grew up on a farm with a plethora of animals; cats, dogs, cows, horses, & reptiles, which fostered a love for all animals in me from a very young age. My son, husband and grandkids frequently call me the "dog & cat whisperer" due to my strong sense of dog & cat intuitiveness! Some of my client's parents do too:)
Professionally, I hold a master's degree in educational technology and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I have created & taught many online college courses for Baker U & FSCC, have served as an Instructional Facilitator, technology coach, classroom teacher and hold certificates in Early Childhood, Online teaching and Reading Recovery. My husband is admin for special needs classes {autism, ED, Sped} & behavior specialist for a local school district. I recently retired (2022), so I have ample time to help with your sweet babies!

RIP:
Weep not for me, though I am gone, into that gentle night. Grieve if you will, but not for long, upon my soul's sweet flight. I am at peace, my soul's at rest, there is no need for tears. For with your love I was so blessed, for all those many years. There is no pain, I suffer not, the fear now all is gone. Put now these things out of your thoughts, in your memory I live on. Remember not my fight for breath, remember not the strife, please do not dwell upon my death, but celebrate my life.
